with all the time in the world,
I decided to put my culinary skills to the test and attempt to make some sushi for Honey..
So I made some Salmon Nigiri Sushi and Salmon Roll Shushi..
I guess the outcome was considered good since Honey and family said it was delicious..
So I can move forward to make Maguro Nigiri Sushi and temakis...
LOL.. but it was really nice making the sushi for Honey...
Got a lot of love okiii..

first trip to Changi Airport T3!!hahaha not part of the original plan but it was fun anyway..
anywhere with air con is cool cos of the buay tahan-ly HOT weather!!
i was like a tourist snapping pictures away...
T3 is HUGE..
like the width of the airport is further than my house and dear's house!!
MUHAHAHA!!
and the lifts are super redundant.. unless for the disabled..
cos can just take the escalator..
the concept of the viewing gallary of the departure hall is really weird..
like u cannot go into it but you are like viewing animals in the zoo..
except with air con..LOL
T3 is like a shopping arcade.. like with NTUC supermarket and all..
and quoting me: "coming to T3 is like going to town..."
cos all the F&B outlets are similar to what you get in town..
there's like TCC, Mac, Harry's, Secret Recipe, Ya Kun, Crystal Jade blah blah blah...
so if on a really hot weather...
with nth to do..
hope on a bus with your laptop and wallet (with money) to T3...
it's a great place to chill..

Went on an Ubin trip on Sunday.



today was Jing Yeen's 21st birthday party!!!
it was held at Bird Nest Cafe at Orchard Point.. nice place..
the place was filled with Bird Nest..
like at the door, on the shelves, displays, on the menu, on the food, in the dessert!!!! EVERYWHERE!!!
HAHAHA!! but nice leh.. buffet somemore..
fusion food with both chinese and Jap cuisine..
i personally like the mango pomelo bird nest dessert, and seafood porridge..
haha..
the cake is C&M.. (Chocolate and Milo according to Johnson)..
SUPER DUPER WHOOPPERR RICH lor.. like eating milo powder liddat!!
HAHAHAHA!!
but in the end just hope Jing Yeen likes her presents and enjoyed her 21st birthday party alot!!

since i'm jobless still, decided to go yum cha with ming hui today..
the venue chosen after much consideration and discussion was Dragon Gate Restaurant @ Harbourfront Centre..
there was a dim sum buffet from 11am to 2pm so can go eat to our hearts content..
overall the food was okay (2.0/5.0)
but just fun lor.. going yum cha with a frend..

the dish of the day!! fried fruit wrap!! essentially some dough fried crispy with real mango on the inside..


desserts.. lotus red bean soup and something like a fruit cocktail bo bo cha cha..






Sorry for the long absence on this blog. I had been doing overtime for the past few days, reporting back to work at unearthly hours.

Its 317am now, and I have to report back to work at 435am. I kinda woke up a little too early and decided to blog to stay awake.

Just want to thank dear for your understanding these few days and i hope you find a good job offer soon. Don't worry ya, once i resign the end of this month i can accompany you everyday.

I have many plans after i quit. Till then i'll just overtime my ass off and harvest as much as i can the taxpayers money. Well the best part of working overtime:

" Don't worry, just take cab, can claim one"


so the taiwan trip is officially off..
kinda sad that we actually not going..
but think on the bright side, the money can be use in other ways..
like a birthday party for dear!!
so i shall get a job and continue with life..
many birthday celebrations coming up so yup more money spent!!
dear is too busy with "oT" to pei me anyway..
so might as well get busy with a job..
